We do not assemble a new collection of strangers for every project. The people on this page have repeatedly worked shoulder to shoulder—covering conferences, commercial productions, weddings, incentive trips, portraits and destination events.

Founder
Devin Scheer
Founder & Creative Director
Devin is a filmmaker, producer and creative business leader who has spent more than a decade turning unrepeatable moments into clear, compelling visual stories. His relationship with cameras began as a kid borrowing his father’s equipment to make home movies. He later studied television and video production and built a career spanning weddings, corporate events, commercial campaigns, livestreaming and documentary work.
After acquiring All Digital Photo & Video in 2017, Devin expanded it into a multidisciplinary production company completing hundreds of assignments each year. He built the operation around thoughtful systems and trusted crews who know how to communicate, adapt and work as one. In 2026, he led the company’s evolution into Emberlight Media—a brand shaped around warm service, lasting relationships and team-first creativity.
Beyond client work, Devin has served in marketing and communications leadership with NACE Denver and the Colorado Event Alliance, supported industry organizations and nonprofits through creative services, and created Vendorcast as a place for event professionals to connect and share ideas. He is known for pairing ambitious ideas with practical production experience—and for building teams where preparation, reliability and people matter as much as the final image.
Away from production, Devin is a Huskers fan, backpacker, golfer and lifelong creator.

Aubrey Scheer
Co-Founder, Owner & Financial Administrator
Aubrey has been part of Emberlight from the beginning. She oversees payroll, billing and the financial systems that keep the company organized and its people supported. Kind, thoughtful and deeply conscientious, Aubrey consistently looks out for the best interests of both clients and the team.
Brittany Scheer
Head of Wedding Sales & Photographer
Brittany has been connected to the company for nearly a decade and has completed more than 100 assignments. She especially loves newborn, family and senior sessions. Warm, bubbly and endlessly approachable, Brittany has a gift for making almost anyone feel like an old friend.
Katie
Principal Photographer & Production Coordinator
Katie’s sharp eye, attention to detail and natural organization make her an essential part of the team. In her first year and a half, she completed more than 100 assignments and advanced to the principal level faster than anyone at the company in the past decade. She is a master of posing and portraiture as well as a talented graphic designer.
Mary Grace
Social Media Manager, Photographer & Videographer
Mary Grace first connected with Emberlight as a model before her talents behind the camera quickly became clear. Today she manages the company’s social presence while working across photography and videography. She completed more than 100 assignments in her first year and brings a fresh perspective and unmistakable spark to the team.

Principal Photographer
Paul is one of Emberlight’s most trusted and prolific photographers. From conferences and incentive trips to weddings and professional headshots, he is the person the team can confidently send into almost any assignment. His remarkable versatility, consistency and experience have made him an essential part of Emberlight’s history. Away from the camera, Paul loves traveling and following his Chicago Bears.
Jared
Principal Photographer & Videographer
Jared is one of Emberlight’s most versatile visual storytellers, bringing equal strength to photography and videography. He has completed more than 200 assignments and is also a professor and documentary filmmaker whose teaching experience, storytelling instincts and warm personality make him invaluable on any production.
Alexander
Principal Videographer
With a background in film and a talent for documentary storytelling, Alexander has completed more than 100 assignments with Emberlight. His sense of humor brings levity to demanding situations while his composed, attentive approach keeps every production thoroughly professional.
Charlie
Principal Photographer
Charlie is Emberlight’s resident headshot guru. He has completed more than 125 assignments, bringing technical skill, an easygoing presence and a sharp eye for polished, authentic portraits. Away from the camera, he loves golf, snowboarding, backpacking and camping.
Abdulaziz
Media Manager & Principal Videographer
Calm, thoughtful and highly intelligent, Abdulaziz combines an important behind-the-scenes role with exceptional work in the field. He approaches his craft with care and precision, creating strong visual work while helping the people around him remain focused, confident and supported.
Team traditions
The Most Valuable Golfer belt.
The Emberlight team takes golf seriously—or at least seriously enough to commission a WWE-style, gold-plated championship belt. The coveted Most Valuable Golfer title is awarded to the company’s top golfer, along with bragging rights that last until the next team outing.
It is a ridiculous tradition, which is precisely why we love it. We work hard together, spend time together away from production and genuinely enjoy the people standing beside us when the pressure is on.
