A real-world proof of concept
At a Royal Bank of Canada event produced by PRA at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, Emberlight Media operated three simultaneous headshot stations while photographing guest arrivals and award presentations. Selected images were processed on-site, printed as 5×7 photographs, placed into frames and prepared for attendees in as little as 90 minutes.

How quickly can guests receive their photographs?
Timing depends on volume and the event flow. In our Broadmoor proof of concept, selected 5×7 photographs were edited, printed, framed and prepared for guests in as little as 90 minutes.
Can you print both 4×6 and 5×7 photographs?
Yes. We offer both formats and can recommend the best option for speed, presentation and your expected number of guests.
Can the prints include our event branding?
Yes. We can design branded borders, event marks or sponsor treatments that complement the photography and your visual identity.
Can you run more than one photo station?
Absolutely. Multi-station capture is one of our strengths. We can scale photographers, workstations and printers to support complex, high-volume events.
